An Investment Banking Analyst serves as the foundation of deal execution teams, providing critical analytical support for complex financial transactions. 📋 Key Responsibilities

Financial Modeling: Build complex financial models including DCF, LBO, M&A, and comparable company analyses;
Valuation Analysis: Conduct company valuations using multiple methodologies for various transaction types;
Market Research: Perform industry research, competitive analysis, and identify market trends;
Pitch Book Creation: Develop compelling client presentations and marketing materials;
Due Diligence: Coordinate and analyze financial, legal, and operational due diligence;
Transaction Support: Assist in deal execution from origination through closing;
Client Communication: Prepare materials for client meetings and management presentations;
Documentation: Draft transaction documents, offering memoranda, and confidential information memoranda.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or related field;

Technical Skills

💰 Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary (USD, Annual)
United States: $100,000 – $125,000
United Kingdom: £60,000 – £75,000 (≈$80,000 – $100,000)
Singapore: SGD 90,000 – 110,000 (≈$67,000 – $82,000)
Hong Kong: HKD 600,000 – 750,000 (≈$77,000 – $96,000)
Vietnam: VND 600M – 1.2B (≈$25,000 – $50,000)

Additional Compensation
Performance Bonus: 50-100% of base salary (highly variable based on bank performance and individual contribution);
Signing Bonus: $10,000 – $50,000 for competitive candidates;
Year-end Bonus: Discretionary based on deal flow and bank profitability.
